projects he is working on being at risk of late completion.
Project management (imperative)
Helping the CEO stay organized and timely per the projects he is working on is the most central and important role of this job
Filtering email & replying to emails on behalf of the CEO
Online research about Facebook marketing and other subjects
Reading the main social media marketing blogs
Scheduling appointments on behalf of the CEO and his clients
Ensuring outsourcers and employees are on schedule with their tasks
Being present on the CEOs Skype calls to take notes, mind mapping and scheduling his tasks that come out of the calls.

Skill Set
Impeccable English - both written and spoken
Bubbly and friendly. Outgoing. Loves talking to people.
Must love learning new skills
Microsoft word, excel and powerpoint
Exceptional time management and project management skills (preferably proficient in using software for task/ project management.
High speed internet is required ( we will pay for it ).
VA must have their own computer (min requirement a 2gig Dual Core processor with a min of 4g of ram.)
Searching for images online for powerpoint presentations
Proof reading emails and copy etc before the CEO sends them off to clients.
Sending emails and written skype messages on behalf of the CEO.
Fast typing is an absolute must.
An understanding of the user interface for Facebook is a plus.
Must be reliable and punctual
Must be a champion at taking constructive feedback ( we are nice and polite people so feedback will never be brutal :-)
Must be tech savvy
