Senior Architect

- Must have at least 7- 10 years experience in Architecture practice with experience leading design team;
- Meet deadlines, work in a team environment and take direction accordingly;
- Have good follow through and self-implemented quality control measures, strong communication skills and self- motivated.
- With high experience in International Archi. Design Firm preferred.
- Candidate must possess at least Professional License in Architecture or equivalent.
- Preferably Assistant Manager/ Manager specialized in Architecture/ Interior Design or equivalent.
- Undertake Architectural, schematic and concept design for assigned projects, with ability to undertake design details;
- Coordinates design group interaction both internally and externally;
- Assist in development of production schedule;
- Make amendment to the design as required;
- Undertake detailed design work on projects as required, and fully check and ensure design are properly validated as per the approved design process.
- Ensure that all drawings are reviewed and checked.
- Other duties that may be assigned.
