Drupal Web App Developer needed for Long Term

We are looking for a good Drupal developer to update, upgrade, and add new features to an already existing Drupal web app. While full time is preferable, we are also willing to work with anyone who can put in at least 20 hours per week. This is also a long term engagement as there are 2 additional phases of features already planned out on top of the current updates needed.

If possible we would like to see some websites/apps you have created. We are also looking for someone who can work with a staging environment and push updates to a live environment without down time to the service, and be well acquainted with working with shared code repositories. Lastly we are looking for someone who has clean documented code, follows good UI/UX standards, and can work through tasks quickly.
