Summary:

Our client is a Singapore based organisation for international speakers who are looking to hire an experienced conference and event manager, with excellent communication skills.

Budget: 40,000-50,000 PHP/month (depending on experience)

Start Date: ASAP

Work Hours: 9am-6pm Singapore Time/Philippines Time

Contract Type: Fixed times, Full-time, Long-term, Remote

Responsibilities:

Organise; coordinate with all concerned personnel and groups for the organisation’s events
Prepare all the reports and documentations needed for the events and others as required
Maintain the utmost level of professionalism being the representative of the international organisation
Speak, collaborate, and deal with the members and the board of the organisation in behalf of its president in all communications

Requirements and Qualifications:

Excellent English skills
With high level of confidence and professionalism
Someone with experience in organising events for speakers and authors organisations is highly preferred
Organised, confident in a good way
