Call Center Sales

Role We are looking for Energetic, Customer-centric Interns to join our Call Center operations for a temporary role in Manila. What you'll be doing
- You will be managing large volumes of outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research issues and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Inform clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing relevant information.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going above and beyond and taking the extra mile.
- Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines. Requirements What you'll need to succeed
- Have excellent English language skills, inline with overall good communication skills
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Be customer obsessed and be able to adapt to different personality types

Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following:
• High call volume contact centers
• B2C sales
• Day to day reporting
• Handling different customer situations
