We purchased some software, full source code, and want some changes made. (PHP). You'll need to remove Google location finder and have the script use a locale database of locations. Make changes to billing area to incorporate apple IAP subscriptions so you must have knowledge of IAP receipts.

The software also comes with an app version in ionic 1. It needs updating and fixing.
