Looking for a Developer with Close Attention to Detail, and Good Eye for Design

Looking for a Developer with a good eye for design. Should be able to take designs, and convert them, and create additional pages, assets based on provided layout. Experience working with Laravel, WordPress, PrestaShop, Shopify, & SquareSpace are preferred.
