Looking for a CEO's right-hand person. You will do it all and you will be exposed to quite a bit of learning.

You would be working for an ambitious someone who has a few projects going on. You would need to be ambitious too! Tasks that you will be completing include the following:

NON NEGOTIABLE SKILLS NEEDED:
1. Phone and email based customer Service - you will be required to answer incoming calls for the company and for myself personally
2. Reviewing and improving the business process , including documenting procedures for the business to ensure that they are repeatable by other staff in the company.
3. Email management - you will also be required to reply incoming emails where possible
4. Project management skills and ability to find and instruct freelancers about small projects that need to be completed.
5. Periodic internal file maintenance and auditing - This will apply to client files and service agreements

Having the below or willingness to learn the following tasks will set you apart from the rest:
6. A little bit of LinkedIn marketing or lead capturing for our software tool that is currently being developed
7. Outbound calls to potential customers of the software tool mentioned above
8. Testing out SaaS tools which we are currently working on
9. Research as and when needed
10. Recruitment based on set policies and procedures
11. Drafting copy for websites
