[OFFICE BASED] Inbound Sales - Australian Account

All Suburbs Catering, one of the biggest catering companies in Australia, is in need of Inbound Sales people to join it's team in ALABANG.

We need a passionate, experienced customer service / telesales champion to complete followups with our clients and answer live chat requests. Contacting warm leads and existing clients by phone and email. Large amount of experience in sales is a must! Clear understanding of closing a sale is very important.

With a main office of friendly Australians based in an office in Sydney, you will work closely with our team to drive excellent results for our customers for their special functions! From birthdays, weddings, corporate functions or simple working lunches, All Suburbs Catering provides all kinds of catering you can imagine!

Day to day tasks include but not limited to;
- Answering customer enquiry by email or phone
- Followup phone calls outbound to existing leads (to ensure they received the quote, was within budget)
- Answering of Live Chat system for conversion to lead with general customer enquiries, attaining key customer information such as name, email, phone and function date.
- Preparing quotes using our specialised catering software for and on behalf of the Sydney-based team
- Aiding and assisting Sydney based team with call overflow.
- Closing sales over phone with inbound sales leads

The successful candidate will be working in our office in Alabang.
