Responsibilities for Account Executive
• Full sales cycle from researching accounts to closing business
• Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas
• Unearth new sales opportunities through attending networking events, using social media, referrals, etc and turn them into long term partnerships
• Selling wide and deep into accounts by identifying client needs and opportunities where EXIST products and services will improve client’s productivity
• Developing and delivering presentations and proposals
• Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication
• Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation
• Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
Qualifications for Account Executive
• Proven experience as an Account Executive, or in other sales role
• Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (eg. Salesforce) is a plus
• Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
• Organizational and time-management skills
• A business acumen
• Enthusiastic and passionate
• Ability to manage the entire sales process from prospecting through close
• BSc or BA in business administration, sales or marketing or Information Technology
