Video Editing Assistant with Premiere Pro Account & Basic Experience

TASKS:
Seeking an entry-level assistant editor to log all video footage for documentary-style promotional videos. My production company primarily works with Catholic Churches, schools, universities and non profit organizations in the Chicago, IL USA area. (my website - ---------- ) I will provide short, in-depth training videos that teach you all the tasks required, which include:
- Watching through all the interview and b-roll footage
- Cutting up all the footage into the useable shots
- Organizing all the useable shots by category
- Ranking the very best shots to be used in the final edit

REQUIRED SKILLS & RESOURCES:
- Fluent in English: Speaking & Listening
- Very Detail Oriented
- Internet Connection
- Access to a Premiere Pro Account
- Basic Premiere Pro experience
- At least 100 GB of storage space for project files

PART- TO FULL-TIME POSITION:
This job will start as a part time position, but then likely move to full time throughout 2019. We’ll begin with a paid training / trial period where I’ll share the training videos, answer any further questions you might have, and then provide a test project for you to work through. If that goes well, then we can move onto more recurring part time work. I currently have about 30-50 hours of video logging work per month, but that should pick up to 20-40 hours per week at some point in 2019.
