JOB OVERVIEW

Part-time 12 hours per week. Enjoy your steady work and being part of a growing small business in Florida that does business valuations and sells small companies! Work directly for the owner who has built two successful companies in the past. I'm looking for someone who might be interested in this growing into a full-time position one day.

Marketing experience highly preferred, but not essential if you learn quickly, technology savvy, strategic thinker, English grammar skills, excellent listener, attention to detail, love working and confident on the phone. Work will involve marketing, accounting, and administrative tasks and will evolve as the company matures. If you are self-disciplined, educated, strong writer, analytic skills, accounting skills, detail orientated, creative and work well independently.

Primary Duties:
1. Skilled marketing/accounting/office management: Lead Generation, Sales Funnel, financial analysis Social Media, LinkedIn, Video editing.
2. Writing reports, presentations, articles, etc. . .
3. Follow-up calls to prospective clients to establish appointments
4. Administrative, CRM database management and other duties
5. Basic Finance, accounting, and other duties.
Core Skills/Experience:
- College Degree highly preferred
- Strong writing and grammar skills (English)
- Accounting/Finance Analysis skills a plus
- Graphic design/artistic skills a plus
- Tech Savvy computer, CRM, Social Media, LinkedIn, and WordPress.
- Self-discipline and ability to work independently
- Detail orientated / Problem solver / take the initiative
- SEO, Social Media and Public relations experience helpful
- Financial / Accounting experience/education is very helpful
- Professional services experience (CPA, medical, law firm) is a big plus
- Excellent telephone skills
- Research skills and very detail orientated
