We are looking to hire a dedicated motivated friendly Lead Generation/Appointment Setter, Research Specialist/ who is professional and has experience in cold calling and appointment setting, B2B, and B2C and telecommute.

This job opportunity entails cold calling and prospecting to surface quality leads and set qualified appointments for our sales staffs.

Primary job function is to place outgoing telephone calls using our scripts that will provide to the listed leads and set qualified appointments for our sales staffs.

This job won’t have to sell anything to lead. Your job is to set the appointment for lead generation and get the prospects excited about the meeting, at which time a salesperson will take over. We provide CRM and all resources necessary to succeed.


Responsibilities
• Make 200 or 300 cold calls per day
• Cold call potential customers using given phone directory/ call list to prospect customers and showcase your expert lead nurturing skills
• Use our scripts to provide information about our company’s services and present their benefits
• Ask persistent questions to understand the client’s requirements
• Go to “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
• Keep records of calls and record useful information

Requirements:
• Lead generation
• Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
• Strong listening skills
• Little to no accent when speaking
• Motivated, persistent, reliable and competitive
• Experienced as Telemarketer or any related
• Patient, tech-savvy and can work independently
• Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints

Working Hours: Monday through Friday; 9am to 3pm, EST
Pay via PayPal
$200/a Month
Plus Bonuses
