Full time Web app full stack dev

We are a book formatting business. We are looking for a full time dev to build a series of web apps for our target market, make some internal tools connecting various APIs, etc. The first project we are looking to do is a clone of ---------- .

We like Meteor.js, but we are open to using other frameworks in either Python or Php.
