Virtual Assistant for Warm Lead Phone Calls

Seeking an individual with clean English, and limited to no accent. You will be calling warm leads where individuals have inquired to purchase a home. Your help is needed to ask questions to ensure the individual meets the basic criteria.

Many of the calls will be follow ups to check in when appropriate.

Must be able to call during U.S. hours during the work week, and at least 1 or 2 weekend days each week.

Position will be approximately 20-40 hours during the first 6-12 weeks. Upon successful completion, the opportunity for more hours can be determined after a review.

Requirements:
Must have previous phone experience.
Must be able to speak English cleanly and with little or no accent.
Must be able to write and communicate professionally.
Should be able to be organized and follow up.

Position will pay hourly plus commission. Expectations are that you will earn a minimum of $6 to $9 USD per hour with earned commission.
