We are a real estate company looking for a full-time Acquisition Specialist in real estate. We do not condone or support old-school, manipulative, high-pressure sales tactics. Must be comfortable working effectively with little supervision. Previous sales experience is a plus.


Review, process, and manage all leads that come into our ---------- ll leads to collect relevant information by establishing rapport phone. (Scripts and workflow will be provided as a guideline)
Determine/filter the seller’s motivation by listening to ---------- municate and work well with other team members to accomplish company goals and objectives

Qualifications and Skills

Required Fluent in English, Excellent verbal and written communication skills (oral, written, and listening).
Experience in customer service phone support with exceptional Customer service skills.
Proper phone etiquette.
Able to take rejection well, and keep going. Positive attitude.
Willingness to learn and be coachable.
Responsible and accountable.
Strong organizational skills. Attention to detail.
Ability to follow a script and take notes in an organized manner.
Ability to work in a (small) team environment.
Overall strong ability to work quickly and efficiently to manage the flow of leads by contacting sellers who have called in a timely fashion.
Proficient in time management with the ability to multi-task.
Proficient with computers and MS Office (Word, Excel).
Proficient using mojo dialer
Hungry and driven.
