JOB SUMMARY
The main role of the INSIDE SALES CONSULTANT (B2B) is to MANAGE the END-TO-END SALES PROCESS of an ORDER PROCESSING SYSTEM. This will include processes from prospecting possible leads (restaurateurs), pitching of products and up to assisting the customers to go live on the Ordering Solutions product. Your success will be determined through persistently and consistently targeting high value clients and great client retention rates.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
Management of the SALES CYCLE, from Lead Generation up to closing and account management (existing clients)
Lead Identification, qualification and management of the sales pipeline. Ensuring CRM (Hubspot) is utilized at all times
Contacting leads and signing up to our Online Management Ordering product (OMO).
Cold calling, outbound-calling, closing and up-selling to new and existing customers.
Understanding and adhering to our OMO on-boarding and customer go-live process.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong motivational and relationship building skills
Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Hubspot advantageous)
Creative and Innovative. A highly analytical individual who usually think out of the box.
Driven and a contributor of a high-performance sales culture
Excellent sales and negotiation skills, good business sense
Ability to identify customer objections and recommend solutions to team
Has at least 3 years sales experience in a B2B environment (highly desirable)
Strong knowledge of sales metrics, lists and data segmentation
Experience in start-up operations and development of processes and team structure (advantageous)
Composure and resilience – can handle rejection
