Looking for "FULL TIME" Virtual assistant to help with a variety of online tasks.

We're looking for a well-rounded “FULL-TIME” assistant that can help us with a variety of online tasks. You don’t have to worry about knowing everything because we will provide step-by-step video tutorials for most tasks or jobs.
Some tasks include: online marketing, blogging, link building, SEO, and social media.

We're more than happy to help you if you have trouble with anything we ask you to do. We’re more interested in someone that has great English communication skills and has the willingness to learn and grow with our company.

We'd like you to work 40 hours per week and are willing to give you the Philippine holidays off. Beyond that, we do not have set paid time off. You can have as much unpaid time off as you like, we would just need adequate notice so we have time to prepare on our end.

Our goal is to establish a long-term relationship with you, but we will only commit to a long-term contract after a 4 week evaluation period. If things go well during the first 30 days, we will consider a more permanent arrangement in terms of your contract and your salary.

PAY:
-We will pay you on a weekly basis for the first 4 weeks then monthly thereafter.

-Your starting salary during 4 week evaluation will be $200/month USD but we'll raise your salary to $300/month USD after 30 day trial.

-We would prefer if we pay you though PayPal, but please let us know your situation and we'll find a way to work it out.
