Hi, we're looking for one aspiring client relationship executive for our startup.
Get to work alongside Derek Gallimore in building lasting relationships with business owners and entrepreneurs in the 'west'
The primary role would be to communicate and nurture leads we get from the business, explaining the value of outsourcing and how it can help their business.
This is a great opportunity for people that have great business relationship skills that is seeking to 'step-up' their game and talk to business owners in the west.
2 IMPORTANT NOTES:
- our founder Derek himself will be mentoring you along the way
- Traveling major countries [US/UK/AUS/NZ/CAN] doing 'business roadshows' will also be done [Derek is currently doing this for 2019]
BREAKDOWN:
- 60% - Lead nurturing, responding/talking/chasing clients who has engaged with Outsource Accelerator
- 30% - Partnership prospecting, identifying and reaching out to companies/organizations we can collaborate with
- 10% - PH BPO promotion, working with groups/organizations that help promote Outsourcing in the Philippines
DETAILS:
- Full time work
- 40/60 - 40% onsite and 60% WFH [or vice-versa], can eventually be WFH set-up if performance is great
- Morning shift - 5am-2pm / 2am-11am [depends on discussion]
- Rate - competitive salary, comparable with 'Team leader/Sr.Team leader' salary brackets in most BPOs
MUST:
- Great English comm skills
- Familiarity with the BPO/outsourcing industry
- Functional headset [we provide the VOIP account]
- Fibr internet connection
