JOB OVERVIEW

Hostly is a start up company is Chicago specializing in Airbnb Property Management.

********I need someone who previously or currently working in the Airbnb call center

As the founder of the small business or start up company there are many tasks that I need to hand off to someone else to be able to grow the company.

You can help me grow this company to a large company.

I need an assistant that is Jack of all trades:

My main pain points are the following:

- Guest Communication/Checking guests in dealing with issues

- Updating the listing/pricing etc

- Coordinate cleaning ladies/dealing with cleaning ladies issues

- Creating lists on Excel

- Help payroll for cleaning Ladies

- Do cold calls to potential clients

- Help update Powerpoint decks

- Organize calender

My requirements are:

- Must great communication/customer service skills dealing with my Airbnb guets

- Must have up to date technology (phone, laptop, etc)

- Must be able to respond to Airbnb requests throughout the entire day/night
