1. Research and marketing regarding behavior patterns of ideal clients: where do they live, where do they hang out, shop, eat, what do they spend their money on, do they have kids, husband, what is their priority, what kind of work do they do, what is their biggest pain, what is keeping them up at night. MY IDEAL CLIENTS ARE ENTREPRENEURS MOSTLY WOMEN who are stressed out and want to get to the root cause of their problem so they can succeed and make more money and feel happy in their relationships. Some people I have attracted are public speakers however ultimately I would like to target the affluent population (celebrities, CEOs who are into spiritual work).
2. TARGETED SOCIAL MEDIA ADS - should know how to post it with the right words to attract the right clients.
3. Must have a way of tracking their efforts: statistics or a specific program they use. I prefer an applicant who really knows how to make an elegant move and recruit more qualified paying clients at the same time.
4. Knows INFUSION SOFT: how to set up email marketing campaigns, write email strings and design a great campaign for teleseminars and retreats. I will hold retreats every March, July and Oct each year and a 6-session teleseminar/group clearing/healing proceeds the retreat.
