CUSTOMER SERVICE - VIRTUAL ASSISTANT

Part-Time or Full-Time position.
6 days per week from Monday to Saturday.

Tasks:
Placing orders on Aliexpress
Fulfilling orders in Shopify
Communicating with customers and suppliers
Dealing with returns and disputes
Controlling and managing inventory
Researching and adding products to Shopify via Oberlo
Researching, modelling and writing product descriptions
Finding good images, optimizing and creating product pages
Updating Google Drive files
Other Shopify- and Ecom- related tasks

Requirements/profile:
Can-do attitude
Excellent English
Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
Strong research skills
Attention to details
Familiar with Aliexpress, Shopify and e-commerce (preferred)
Familiar with HTML is a plus
Doer and problem-solver requiring minimal supervision
Data entry skills
Able to work on schedule, be flexible and meet deadlines
Able to work on weekends
Able to review the processes and come up with improvement ideas
Pleasant personality, team-player

Full training will be provided. You will be required to follow the process step by step as defined in our guidelines.

You will have full control over daily store operations.

SALARY:
- USD250 for full-time role - starting salary throughout the trial period
- Good performers can expect a raise and bonuses in the future
