Job Responsibilities:
- Monitoring Withdrawal transactions through Asia pay System for China Market and Vwin Back office 3.0 for South East Asian Market
- Processing and handling withdrawal transactions through online-banking base on China Operational Markets
- Monitoring withdrawal transactions status/reports related concern and serve as mediator between CRS and Market Agent for any transaction status
- Preparation of monitoring reports related to deposit/withdrawal transactions (China/South East Asia Market); operational and funding reports
- Monitoring and transferring customers’ deposits from Merchant Accounts to Operational Accounts, ensuring funding for Operational use.
- Safeguarding account items that are in the operations while on duty
