JOB OVERVIEW

*OFFICE based role. UP-Ayala Techno Hub, Quezon City

The Sales Executive will begin their journey as part of a team that will gain exposure through training around different sales strategy and techniques that are characteristic of successful selling. On a daily basis, she / he will be proactively qualifying data and call prospects and non-returning customers to offer them the opportunity to participate at our shows.

Accountabilities:

Job responsibilities include:
• Qualify contacts in our database and identify key decision makers though cold calls or through the internet by looking at company structures
• Identify company's interest through a questionnaire
• Present, promote and if relevant, sell our shows through a given volume of cold calling
• Create and assign tasks / opportunities in Salesforce to other Executives in charge of the territory
• Work with the sales team to fully understand shows content
• Achieve productivity standards and follow all selling processes, best practices and standards including: update and complete date into Salesforce, managing daily / weekly target, generate prospects show interest
• Achieve data qualifying and calling targets as defined by the Sales Manager for each campaign worked on
• Prepare weekly report for the supervisor (including notably, volume of data qualified, number of calls and number of tasks / opportunities created and assigned)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 1 - 3 years of lead generation or inside sales experience (or experience in a client-service oriented environment)
• Experience with heavy cold calling volume (50 - 100 outbound / day)
• Ability to work across various industry segments. B2B experience is a requirement.
• Highly effective communication skills - oral and written
• Demonstrated skills in persuasion and negotiation
• Organizational skills and effective time management to succeed in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative and strong team orientation
• Ability to learn new transaction processes quickly
• Strong attention to detail is required
