SUPERSTAR VIRTUAL ASSISTANT (WITH CREATIVE FLAIR AND EYE FOR DETAIL)

We are hiring an awesome, highly independent & solution focused SUPERSTAR Virtual Assistant who can take over: Posting on our social media accounts, creating simple and beautiful graphics from our photos for our Instagram posts (we would love for you to have a creative flair!, creating and sending daily emails using our CRM, and other Assistant type tasks (laying it out with a creative flair!). You will need to be a creative person, with an eye for detail and be able to notice the details!! We have an AMAZING, high-functioning team, and are looking for the perfect team member to join us!!

ESSENTIAL CHARACTER SKILLS
Excellent Communication Skills
Solution focused personality
Very independent, and personally driven
Creative flair and an “eye for detail” (you will be taking our photos and quotes and making them into images to go onto Instagram using either photoshop OR an easy to use App like Canva)
ATTENTION TO DETAIL IS A MUST!! (this is really important as we don't want things missed)

SKILLS REQUIRED:
Photoshop skills is a BONUS (not essential, however a massive bonus! If you can't use Photoshop, you must know how to use other image creation apps such as Canva)
Excellent computer skills
Knowledge in Social Media Management (you’ll be posting to Instagram, Facebook, youtube etc on our behalf)
Social Media management experience - maintaining and Posting on pages, re-targeting audiences, FB Bot, FB Live assistance, Manychat, FB ads, IG Scheduling, Youtube management

Email handling (Infusionsoft, Clickfunnels) - sending and scheduling an email broadcast
Clickfunnels knowledge - working and editing a Funnel, as well as sending an email broadcast

For the right person (positive, solution focused, creative flair and hard worker), we are happy to provide relevant training's. The Photoshop skills, while a bonus are not essential. We really do want someone who is passionate and dedicated to their work. And in return, we offer an incredible work environment, with 13th month pay, 1 day off per month (paid!), sick leave and annual leave.

Salary Rate depends on your experience.
You will have a one month paid trial period and may have the chance to be hired full time and be eligible to 13th month pay, leave benefits, no work during Philippine Holidays but PAID and an opportunity to live a normal life of working during the day ( 8 am to 5 pm MNL time), PLUS a paid day off every month for self care!
