JOB OVERVIEW

An exciting opportunity exist for an organised, reliable and trustworthy personal assistant with a basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimisation and/or web development to join our growing digital agency in Melbourne, Australia.

The duties will include the following:

- keep track of overseas staff annual leave
- monitor staff hours and efficiency
- assist in the creation of systems and procedures
- create invoices in Xero and assist with basic allocation of expenses (knowledge of xero would be beneficial but training will be provided)
- liaise with clients over the phone or via email regarding payments or invoice questions
- from time to time you will need to assist with advertising and selecting prospective candidates and on boarding new overseas hire
- assist on several research types
- assist on the creation of the monthly reports to clients
- assist on QA websites and content

- work from home and have reliable internet connection and headset
- work 9.00am - 5.30pm (Starting earlier is acceptable)
- be willing to talk to clients over the skype and/or phone if necessary
- you will need to use Timedoctor software
