We are a rapidly growing ecommerce company in search of a long-term, career-focused employee who can grow with our company. This will be a full-time position, roughly 40 hours per week. We are seeking an experienced operation manager who's a problem solver and has a passion for working, collaborating, and growing within a team-based operation.
This role is tasked with acting as an operation manager for our growing ecommerce company on several online marketplaces, particularly Amazon and eBay. This person MUST be a proven leader, with experience collaborating and delegating with other team members on a variety of tasks. This person MUST be fluent in English, must take pride in their work, and must enjoy seeing results.
As an operation manager, you will follow our company guidelines to assist in:
· Inventory monitoring
· Shipment tracking
· FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) operations
· Customer service
· Product research
· Advertising
…And much more. A qualified candidate for this position MUST have experience with the following tasks on the Amazon online marketplace:
· Reconciling lost/damaged/stolen inventory from FBA shipments
· Facilitating bin checks at FBA warehouses
· Securing reimbursements for inaccurate fees, inventory discrepancies, and customer damaged products
· Handling stranded and gated inventory
· Initiating removal orders
· Creating listings
· Answering messages from customers
· Removing negative feedback
· Pay-per-click (PPC) Advertising
· Product research and repricing
This person will be reporting directly to our Marketplace Manager as the leader of our virtual workforce. You MUST have experience managing fellow virtual team members, must be organized, assertive, a self-starter, and capable of working effectively and honestly. This is NOT a mindless role - it will be fun and challenging.
