You must have:
1. Ability and skills to use Adobe Audition CC 2015 or higher.
2. Ability to send and receive files that can be between 100 MB and 1 GB.
We have a voice over business and need help to clean our recorded audio. The artist is female, UK English.
We often do several samples in a day, and also often have projects that can take 5 or more hours.
The work involves the following:
1. Receive a 44.1 KHz 32 bit WAV file (using Dropbox).
2. Remove "bad takes" from the audio - this is when the voiceover artist made a mistake and re-recorded a word, line or paragraph.
3. Ensure all 't', 'p', 'b' at the end of words are sharp and clear.
4. Ensure there are no artifacts, breaths, clicks, bumps or noise left in the track, especially between words and sentences.
5. Send back the clean version of the file in WAV (44.1 KHz, 32 bit) and MP3 formats (using Dropbox).
6. If there are any parts of the audio you have not been able to clean fully, you must let us know the timecodes so we can either re-record or fix the audio.

Note that you can expect to use 5-10 GB of Internet data in a month on transfer of audio.
A downloadable training video will be available for the hired candidate, showing the process and indicating clearly what to expect and how to clean the audio to our standards.
We are looking for someone long term. Our current audio engineer has worked with us for more than 3 years.
Hours: ideally US Eastern business hours if possible. Otherwise, please indicate what hours you are available in the US Eastern timezone.
