Directory Type Website Needed with Google Maps Functionality

I need to have website built that would give a user the option to search for certain types of medical providers by location and services offered. The site would be somewhat similar to yelp.com, but start out much simpler.

The results would need to be displayed through Google maps with an option for the user to switch to a list view.

The data would originally come from tables that I would provide, but this project could require ongoing support, and may require web scraping to pull in and update additional data.

I would also like to add an option for users to provide reviews in the second phase of the work scope.

I do have a technical background, but am new to creating websites so am looking for candidates with enough experience and communication skills to guide me through the entire process. Looking for someone with a broad skill set, and while I would not require you to currently be an expert in all areas of website development, I would always require thorough and first class work which may in some cases require further research, training and innovation on your part which I could also count towards your hourly pay.

I would need someone that could communicate often with me through Skype or other similar means so I could effectively communicate my needs of the website.

This first website is hopefully just the beginning, and I have at least one other similar upcoming website project that could provide additional income should our first project together go well.
