Marketing Assistant / Email marketing / Telemarketing Position

We are looking for a dedicated telemarketer who has experience in cold calling.
Primary job function is to place outgoing/prospecting calls to local business owners in different cities in the world.
50% of the time it will be telemarketing and 50% will be other related marketing tasks such as email marketing and social media.The candidate will also have to find leads, compile data in a Google Sheet, send emails and do follow ups with the leads.

We are a marketing agency that offers unique lead generation marketing solutions to local businesses. The chosen candidate/s will have opportunities to learn different marketing concepts as being part of our team.

The candidate should meet the following criteria:
-Good Spoken English without strong accent.
-Confidence while speaking.
-Professional, have a friendly voice and be able to overcome objections.
-Must be motivated, persistent and reliable.
-Experience in telemarketing, telesales, outbound calling, sales or customer service role.
-Persistent, results-oriented and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
-Can work independently.

Rate is $2/hr and $4/hr based on qualification and experience.

Requirements:
-Work hours are Monday-Friday (at least 30hours).
-Hours can be flexible but you may need to meet the required number of hours/calls per day.
-Must have Internet speed of at least 3-5mbps and a quiet work place conducive to calling.
-We will record the calls for training purposes.
