Are You A Sales/Marketing VA Rockstar?

Hello! I am looking for a rockstar virtual assistant that can help accept inbound calls and make outbound calls to scale my real estate wholesaling business.

Essentially I will be providing a list of numbers to call daily. My daily target is to call 50 numbers per day.

These are the roles VA would do.

-Make Outbound calls.
-Make at least 50 calls per day from a list of numbers and property owners I provide. Gauge interest of each property owner, then log information and details about each property owner their motivations to sell and information about the property. If interested, set appointments for me to view property.

-VA would also answer incoming calls from potential clients interested in selling their house.

-Then gauge each callers interest level (motivation to sell), collect details on callers and set appointments.

-Candidate should have good interpersonal skills (friendly, polite, articulate and patient when speaking to potential clients over the phone). Prior sales and marketing experience.

Wages are negotiable, but extra commissions will be awarded to VAs that can convert leads into clients (closed real estate deals)
