Are you an experienced, reliable and determined WordPress developer?

I'm looking for a highly reliable WordPress developer to work with me full time (30-40 hours per week) on a variety of website projects, on an ongoing basis. I’m the Managing Director of the company and am also an experienced Product Manager, having spent 10 years working at a large multinational software company. I’ll be able to work with you closely to provide clear specifications, guidelines and strategic decisions when required.

I've happily worked with Filipino team members lots of times before and have also lived in Manila for a few months myself on an assignment at my old company. I've a big fan of the Philippines!

My preferred set up for standard brochure websites is Genesis + Beaver Builder and ideally you should have experience with these. You should also have experience creating more advanced sites like membership, e-commerce, and booking systems, as these projects will come up from time to time.

I’d like you to be comfortable using Git, and familiarity with Trello and Basecamp would be a bonus as these are key pieces of my project management workflow.

I need you to have a particular strength at doing detective work to quickly and efficiently troubleshoot, diagnose and fix issues and bugs, if and when these come ---------- your response I’d like you to answer a couple of additional questions: 1) Do you have any interest in green business / sustainability / eco-friendly lifestyles? If so, please tell me about an example of how you’ve demonstrated this. 2) What do you feel are your best and worst personal qualities?

I also have a client website which was built using the Toolset framework and has translations incorporated through ---------- ’s a fairly complicated site and issues crop up sometimes, which need to be diagnosed and fixed ---------- would be fantastic and a huge plus if you’ve got good experience working with both Toolset and WPML - please tell me about this if so.
