Facebook ads specialist/Media Buyer

Our growing company needs a result-driven, revenue-maker Social Media Ads ---------- dia buyer with copywriting experience:
- Experienced with Facebook / Instagram ads (business managers, ad sets and creating audiences)
- Experience with writing ad copies
- Experienced with writing description copies
- Experienced with developing winning audiences, retargeting and lookalike
- Able to create ad creatives (photoshop, canva, etc)
- Able to get results on goal being direct ecommerce conversions (12vmonster, Yunnan)
- Able to get results on lead generation for product photography (privatelabelconcentrated)
- Bonus if they can work other platforms (google, Pinterest, YouTube)
- Develop new creative ideas with Facebook groups/ marketing places and other non-paying Facebook mediums
- Bonus for winning results

Requirements:
- Facebook business manager
- Instagram business manager
- Graphic editing for social media ads
- Video editing for social media ads (can be outsourced)
- Experience testing different tactics (ideally true A/B testing)
- Technical ability and understanding of all things Facebook Business Manager, and how to utilize Facebook Pixels.
