Designer for T-Shirt Business

Im looking for designer who is working out the ideas i send him and isnt stealing the designs from somewhere, what i will check for sure. First of all I want him to do about 20 designs which I will pay for and then I look how it goes on. You should be able to know what sells and what doesnt.
