Advanced Excel & Google Sheet Data Manager - Coding WebApp PHP & JAVA -

WHAT DOES THE JOB INVOLVE:
1 - Data Analysis, downloading large data reports, combining reports in google sheets and excel, creating new reports and making complicated calculations.
2 - Solving data challenges by building new excel solutions, or building PHP and Java solutions based on Excel reports
3 - All type of work, for example, Research data, Analysing and Reporting updates on excel, Monitor developments online.
PRIMARY AND SECONDARY BENEFITS:
1 - Full-time: 40 hours per week. 36 hours working days AND 4 hours weekend.
2 - Three months trial
3 - Starting salary is $650/month - an increase of salary in six months to $700/month
4 - One year contract with an extension of two-year contract
5 - Paid holidays, 22 days per year
6 - Paid sick leaves, 10 days per year
7 - Thirteenth-month bonus payment end of the year ($700)
8 - You work from your home
9 - Flexible working hours
CONDITIONS:
1 - Fast internet connection is required and a must.
2 - Exclusivity Contract - Side project or Second Jobs are not permitted
3 - Permanent Contract for one year - Breach secured contract for one year
4 - You have one working space - at home or at your office
5 - You are willing to work in the afternoon and Evening hours, Philippines time
JOB EXPECTATIONS:
1 - Advanced Experience with Excel and Google Sheets, making complicated calculations
2 - Skills in analyzing and reporting data on Excel and Google Sheets
3 - Interest and/or familiarity with PHP and Java, coding backend web solutions
4 - You have an interest in analytical and Excel reporting skills
5 - Ability and willingness to work under pressure
6 - Team player - online communication with a team on a daily basis
7 - Academic English writing skills
8 - Results driven
9 - Willing to do overtime in urgent situations
10 - Skill to communicate online and at all time reachable when needed
THE COMPANY:
You will be working for a small online retail company. We do international business between China and USA. Our products are sold on online platforms in the USA. We sell between 8000 and 9000 products on a monthly basis. We have a team of 5 people, 1 in China, 2 in the Philippines and 2 in the Netherlands. Our team is our family, we work closely together and are in touch on a daily basis. We love what we do and support each other in the challenges our business encounters in this online world.
