Real estate virtual assistant

Hello all! We're a small real estate company in Maryland that specializes in purchasing distressed residential properties. We're looking for a top of line; a self-confident individual who has cold calling experience to join our team.

This will begin as a part time job and move into a full time position as you prove yourself capable to handle the work given.

You will be expected to complete your tasks Monday thru Friday Eastern Time zone.


- You must have excellent speaking and writing English skills. (Spanish speaking a plus but not required)
- You must consistently have an excellent internet connection.
- You must be able to video Skype
- Real Estate Experienced cold callers/appointment setters
- Must be a good critical thinker and be able to think on your feet
- Self-motivated, always striving to do and be better
- Efficient and quick when it comes to calling and updating leads
- Willing to learn the ins and outs of different real estate strategies
- Good with computers, auto dialers, and CRMs (We use call Rail but open to investing in Mojo Dialer for the right candidate)
- We're offering a base pay of $5 an hour plus a commission per deal closed.
