Project & Operations Manager / Problem Solver

Making our clients happy is the number 1 priority in our company. We cannot exist without them.

Our founder needs an extremely detailed oriented person to organise and manage the people and projects of the business. So he is free to strategize, be the face of the company, and produce new products and content for our clients.

Mission:
You will be the company founders "integrator" as described in Gino Wickman's book "Rocket Fuel".

You will be the extremely details focused person to implement and execute ideas and projects by managing our virtual team.

Outcomes of the job:

You will have regular strategy skype sessions with the company founder in order to grow:

1. Customer happiness

As this is our top priority. You will manage the team (and dive in yourself) to ensure all our clients are absolutely delighted with our products and services.

2. Organize and manage multiple projects to successful completion

You will be responsible for creating and maintaining a project management system (like Trello) and workflow for our team.

For example: The founder briefs you on a "New website launch" project. You organise and manage it in the system and create all the tasks, assign to team members, and ensure completion to the end.

This system (and you) will hold each team member accountable for projects in a neatly organised and easily understandable way.

You'll report to the founder each day on the status of projects.

3. Manage (hire/fire/support) our virtual team to successful outcomes

You will be responsible for hiring, firing and supporting our virtual team in line with our company values.

These teams will be in these areas:
- Customer Support
- Web Development & Support
- Graphic Design
- Video Production
- Sales Team

We currently have people filled in most of these roles that you will manage.

4. Setup and integrate our business systems

You'll be responsible for setting up and integrating our business systems (utilising our team), learning and problem solving where necessary. Here's a short list of some of these systems:
- Infusionsoft CRM
- Wordpress
- Various Wordpress Plugins
- Team Desk
- Trello
- Slack
- Memberium
- Google Analytics
