Looking for a well connected individual to help us find our ideal Virtual Assistant for our US based company. In exchange for your services, we will pay you $2 per hour, working 2 hours a day for two weeks, totaling 20 hours and $40.

IN ADDITION, once you find our Virtual Assistant and they pass our probationary period we will pay you $75 dollars!
For each additional person we higher we will pay you $20.

Here is the process:

- You use your network to find ideal candidates that map to our requirements below.
- You screen them
- You send us their resume, Skype ID and your notes on why you think they are good.
- We interview them 2 times
- We extend an offer to them
- They work for us for 30 days and prove they are good
- We pay you your bonus.

The faster and more well qualified applicants you send us the better. If however you do not send us well qualified applicants we won't be able to work with you.

Your notes on the applicant will be very important.
If you work 20 hours in 2 weeks and we pay you $40 + $75 = 115 which is an effective rate of $5.75 per hour which is great for you!.

- They have strong English writing and speaking skills.
- They enjoy research, social media and working in marketing
- They are a quick learner
- They are energetic, punctual, organized and meet deadlines.
- They are effective at following up with clients
- They are comfortable working in the PST Time Zone (California) Night shift in the Philippines
- They are someone that is interested in a long term work relationship.
- They are a true professional with a high level of integrity.

- They work independently and are self-motivated.
