JOB OVERVIEW

We have an online E-commerce business and need help with general management of the business.
This would be a 8 hour a day Monday to Friday job.
Below are some of the skills we require:
- Emailing, messaging and calling suppliers in China for new and existing products
- Strong negotation skills with suppliers to get the best prices for products possible
- Inputting prices for various products in Google Sheets
- Managing graphic design freelancers on projects for products labels and product websites. You will have to brief them.
- Basic image editing skills (Photoshop or any other online app) to do simple editing online. This can be taught on the job
- Emailing customers whenever they have questions about our products
- Emailing customers who give us reviews for our products
- Creating Invoices on Microsoft Word
- Must be able to speak, read and write in English
- You must be able to speak on Skype during working hours
- Must be a quick learner. This is a small business so you will have to do quite a few various duties on the job, the directors can teach you what to do.
- Creating invoices on Microsoft word.
- Extremely organised and efficient character
- Any other odd-jobs mini duties which the directors give you.
