We are a progressive medical and beauty spa seeking a creative, forward-thinking, and organized social media specialist to join our growing marketing team.
The role of Social Media and Community Marketing Specialist will be to shape and drive our social media and influencer marketing strategy and execution. Reporting to the Digital Director, you will work closely with the other members of the marketing team including creative, digital, ecommerce, and brand marketing to plan and execute brand building and traffic driving social media and influencer campaigns that drive brand discovery, engagement, and love.
Role Responsibilities:
Build and execute social media strategy through research, benchmarking, messaging, and audience
Write, develop, and strategize online content production and scheduling.
Generate, edit, publish, and share content daily (original text, images, video, and HTML)
Create and maintain company social media pages and profiles
Moderate user-generated content and messages appropriately, based on company and community policies
Create and implement social media marketing plan and editorial calendar
Track and analyze analytics reports to gain insight on traffic, demographics, and effectiveness; utilize this information to positively affect future outcomes
Collaborate with other departments to manage company reputation, coordinate promotions, and increase reach
Plan and own the social media and influencer campaign calendar and work with members of the team to concept and execute across all social and influencer channels
Actively monitor and respond to customer engagements and questions across social channels
Research and identify potential influencers for brand collaborations and paid sponsorships and conduct ongoing outreach and recruitment of social media influencers
Manage an ongoing roster of social influencers working with them to explore opportunities, plan and schedule collaborations, execute against collaborations, and summarize performance and learnings
Identify and track trends and best practices in social, adjusting strategies and practices as necessary
Actively contribute to campaign ideation with passion and enthusiasm
Help manage PPC and retargeting campaigns as well as
REQUIRED:
1+ year experience in digital marketing and social media.
Experience with Instagram,
Has fully executed a campaign
Strong familiarity and interest with the business applications of social media platforms (Instagram,
Understanding of social media metrics; able to interpret the results and take action to increase effectiveness of social media campaigns
Experience gathering data and tracking audience outreach
Strong written and verbal communication skills
