As our passionate service ambassador, you’re part of the team tasked in delivering exceptional services and operational standards to enhance clients’ experience.


With that in mind, the Successful Candidate:

- Be the brand ambassador of the Company, creating a warm and welcoming environment
- Delivers professional customer service to clients
- Ensures excellent client relations & satisfaction
- Supports daily operations and events of our business centres
- Partakes in any other duties as assigned

- Excellent communication and prioritization skills
- Conscientious team player
- Able to work under pressure and tight schedule with minimal supervision
- Prior experience in Hotels and Airlines would be an added advantage
