Graphic Designer - Part Time 25 hours per week

Are you a skilled designer who enjoys playing around Canva, Photoshop and Indesign? Are you super organised?

We are a business membership organisation based in Australia and are looking for someone to join our team. Along with two other VAs in PH, we are great to work with and have long term happy employees. We are looking for someone who wants variety in their role and a stable long term position. Please do not apply if you are not looking for something stable and longer term.

Please note that we need someone who has the knack for designing incredible artwork that speaks about our brand. That said, we would need you to complete a trial task (instructions at the end of the message). Otherwise, we will not consider your application.

We need someone who is proficient in using the following applications:

Photoshop, Indesign, Canva and

Tasks include:

• Design basic flyers, invitations, graphics. Working mainly in Canva.
• Load events and graphics onto Social Media
• Load events in admin of our site
• Copy articles into documents or Canva and into magazine uploader
• Basic video editing in Imovie - or willing to learn
• Basic sound editing for podcasts - or willing to be trained
• Back up administration team

We are friendly, all women and treat our team well. We want someone who is willing to be part of a growing team. This is suitable to work at home mom or someone who understand the long hours VAs work in front of a computer. Apply if you can work for 5-6 hours, between 8 am and 2 pm PH Time at least 4 days per week
