Dropshipping Product Research - Have you found big "Winners"?

First, thanks for reviewing this posting! I hope you and I get to connect on both a personal and professional level.

For some background... I have been growing my presence online and need help scaling and expanding. We have hired one VA in November of 2018 and we are looking to grow the team. Currently, I am looking for help researching and launching dropship-able products through my online Shopify Store.

To Qualify For This Position:
You should be well versed in ecommerce backend support, editing products and listings on Shopify, fulfilling orders, responding to customer inquiries, etc. You should be able to find products with viral potential through various means, write compelling product descriptions, and piece together images and edit product listings in Shopify. Previous usage of Oberlo is a must. The position will be mainly research and launching but I would like to utilize you for other ad-hoc tasks as well.

Please see the skills required for specifics. If you do not check all the boxes, its fine. Neither do I! But you must be knowledgeable about online retail, speak and write English very well and have many of the skills already. You must also have ALREADY found winning products for other dropship stores. I'm sorry but this is a MUST.

Please be provide:
- A list of your experience
- Stores with which you have worked
- Products you have launched which were "winners" (if you do not understand what a winner would be... this MAY not be the position for you....)
- Salary requirements
- Summary of your personal 2019 goals (because I would love to get a sense of who you are).

Required:
- Firm grasp of English both verbal and written.
- Worked previously as a Shopify VA.
- Be able to explain your product research criteria for finding products.
- Have launched verified "winners" (sales figures not required, but it will help conversation).
- Ability to write native English sounding product description.
- Previously worked with other VA's on projects.
- Be a self-starter with minimal oversight needed.
