Customer Service Representative (Ex-Pats Only)

About Us:

We’re an events based company that offers fun experiences to large groups for birthday parties, corporate events & bachelor/bachelorette parties. We’re an easy going group that’s expanding across Canada & the US. We are looking for focused and detail oriented individuals who are looking for full time work from the convenience of their home.

We’re in need of a full-time Customer Service Representative, and must be an American or Canadian Citizen that moved to the ---------- post-secondary, degree or diploma required.

Role Description:

- Previous experience not required but preferred
- Full Training is provided (paid training)
- Must have excellent customer service & communication skills
- Must be reliable and enthusiastic.
- Must be detailed oriented
- No selling required
- Strong preference to those who can type fast & are great multi-taskers
- Strong preference to those with call-center experience
- Cable/Fast Internet connection required
- Full-Time hours (10am - 7pm Eastern Standard Time)
- Tuesday - Saturday schedule
- There is no sales involved. You will simply be booking appointments and answering questions
- We will provide a knowledgebase of questions to be familiar with
- You will contact customers to schedule bookings via email & phone
- We need someone that’s upbeat, well-spoken and energetic
