Need an experienced Caller to generate business (appointments or sales) to call our old customer base

We have a database of around 5k customers that has come and done business with our computer repair store. We have never called them to follow up with them and see if they would need future computer repair service . We want to at least collect their email address, and remind them that we still exist ( we have been opened since 2009)

this is not Cold call, its our customer base.
