We needs a VA with great english level to provide customer service on the phone

We have computer store and need a VA that helps us run it smoother,

Answer some of your calls the we missed at our computer store. ( give directions or maybe status of a repair) You dont need to be technical as far computer repair ---------- ll customers we just provided service, to verify they are satisfied with our service.

Verify purchases made on amazon by our techs and verify them on our system

Call customers that has open balance and remind them to pay ( a few of our customers forget to send the payment so we just need to remind them, simple)

Verify commisions for our 3 techs ( basically we need to check their invoices and calculate their comissions)
