Skills and experience required:
MUST HAVE experience in marketing and conversion based design for online courses, coaching programs, thought leaders or authors
World-Class Graphic Design
Adobe In-Design, Illustrator and Photoshop
Basic Video and Podcast Editing
Slack/Monday for communications and project management
Teachable Online Learning Platform - We will use this for course creation, it is very basic to understand and a bonus if you already have worked on this platform
Social Media Marketing and Engagement
Copywriting skills are a bonus
Highly efficient with time management and reporting
Proficient in Google Business Apps
Highly Organized
BONUS BUT NOT REQUIRED: Wordpress Development with Advanced Custom Fields on Genesis Platform

Your Primary Roles and Outcomes:
World-Class website design including responsive designs
Graphic Design for course creation, digital products and social media promotion
Video/Audio Podcast Editing and posting including basic transcribing of episodes
Booking appointments for interviews and podcasts
Social Media Management
Presentation Design
Basic project management and daily reporting of your activities and progress

This position is NOT for:
Beginning designers (if you don’t have a great portfolio to share, please do not apply)
Agencies or Freelancers (we are looking for a full time commitment and someone seeking a long term opportunity)
Unreliable people: You must have verifiable references that we can contact that will validate your integrity, productivity, attitude and skills
