SENIOR DIGITAL PROJECT & PRODUCT MANAGER

We are looking for our next Digital Project Manager to manage and deliver the design, production, and deployment of digital projects on budget, on time and to stakeholder satisfaction including managing digital properties and pulling reports while providing recommendations. The ideal candidate has previous experience in traditional agency and/or standalone digital shop environments, working on a variety of projects from simple (banners/social/landing page/email), to more complex (contests, website redesigns and integrated campaigns) as well as CRM initiatives and custom software/product development.

Responsibilities:
• Identify project objectives and manage entire aspects of the project: scope, estimation, risk, resourcing, schedule, budget, communication and quality
• Manage and monitor project results, progress & provide recommendations for enhancements
• Experience managing an Amazon store (a nice-to-have but not required)
• Propose and implement solutions and approaches based upon sound project & product management practices
• Communicate project status, issues, risks, changes and results with the account team and clients
• Participate in PMO related programs and projects to advance best practices into next practices
• Provide leadership to project teams throughout the lifecycle of the project and establish and set expectation on how the team will work to complete project and team objectives
• Build an environment that fosters creativity, innovation, problem solving and knowledge sharing
• Contribute to overall client satisfaction on an account

Profile and Experience:
• 3-5 years of experience in project / product management in tier-one web agencies or related industry
• Strong experience in product management (from strategic and creative design to technical implementation and international roll-out) of various Internet projects: CRM programs, online marketing campaigns (OLAs and brand sites), portals, etc,
• Advanced use of office tools such as MSProject, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio and Word
• Excellent project planning budgeting, and reporting skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Excellent client management skills
• Excellent presentation, leadership, facilitation and negotiation skills
• Strong experience in deriving business objectives and business requirements
• Strong experience in functional specifications design
• Strong understanding of Internet technologies (technical background is a plus)
• Strong experience in managing cross-functional teams
• Experience working with various development methodologies (including agile/iterative)
• Project Management Professional designation (PMP) an asset
