Customer Support & Data Entry

We are launching our new eCommerce store in January of this year and are looking for someone who is eager to work with our new company on a full time basis (9am eastern to 6pm Eastern Monday To Friday).

We're looking for a native English speaker and your role will be outlined as follows.

1) Dealing with customer support queries via Live chat from the hours of 9am Eastern to 6pm Eastern Monday to Friday
2) Responding to customer emails as they come in addressing their questions helping to make sales.
3) Uploading Products from our expanding supplier base and product categories to our store as we bring on new suppliers of our products.

- Full List of operations manuals to get your started .
- Training and support to help you get your job done right
- Video tutorials on how to upload products to our website as well as standard operating procedures.

Ideal Candidate:
- Conversational English speaker.
- Good at taking direction and following instructions
- Some Experience with shopify and excel
- Access to a stable and reliable internet connection and your own computer to work from (Required)

How you will be paid:
Hourly Php 12,000.00/month ( $233 USD )
40 hrs/wk ( $1.45 USD/hr )
