Designer for T-shirts

I´m searching for a good designer for T-shirt pictures. I will sell your designs in the german online market.
I hope for a long and very good partnership and I will play with open cards.

I'm very flexible regarding the salary, we can talk about a lot of alternatives. I can pay you for each picture, per week, per month or give you a % per each T-shirt that I sell from you. I'm sure that we will find a perfect solution for both sides.
